Hey Rajesh!

First of all congrats for the shortlist! Based on my PI experience last year I can give all of you aspirants 3 broad areas to work upon.

First and most important, try to understand that the basic purpose of the interview is to evaluate your fit in the Pgpex programme. Be prepared to justify your SOP and the fitment of your post MBA goals with the course curriculum.

Second, try to go through your previous/present company details. Develop a perspective from the business side of your company and industry trends. Get acquainted with the company financials or any major strategic change that happened in the recent past.

Third, do brush up your current affairs! Often candidates overlook this part of the preparation which eventually prove costly. So, try to go through the fundamental economic concepts and recent cabinet policies driving business interests.

can somebody enlighten me with what transpires on the interview day at iimc-do they have GDs or any such module before interview and are these modules knock outs matches.

Firstly thanks for the inputs Rajdeep. I work for one of the big 3 IT service companies. Should I be aware of the business side (its revenue would be in billions of dollars)? Or is it okay if I am aware of the details of the account that I am working for?

There is only PI round, no GD/WAT.
