12th- 97.7/100
Undergrad - 7.62/10 (IITH)

2) GRE score- 332 ( V- 162, Q-170).
Work Experience- 3 years by May 2022.

3) Current role- General Manager-Sales at an authorized Mercedes-Benz outlet.

4)Responsibilities-

1. Suggest and decide on the introduction of new business processes, sales strategy for dealership in TS and AP.
2. Optimize costs, improving sales channels and upselling strategies to increase revenue and margins.
3. Forecast demand and manage inventory through extensive market research and competitor analysis.
4. Manage, promote and motivate employees to guarantee a healthier and productive work environment
5. Design customer feedback process; implement stringent feedback protocols to improve service delivery.

5) Extra-Curricular-
Sports Secretary- Elected Student Representative for sports of IITH Gymkhana-2017.
Institute's cricket captain.

6) Post MBA- Want to advance my career in Marketing Management. More specifically, as a Product Marketing Manager

GMAT - yet to take
Work Experiance : 5 years in R&D domain (Automobile sector)
Expertise in - Product design & development, project planning & handelling
International exposure: Worked as a project engineer in UK for 6 months
Organization worked with:
1. Tata Technologies ltd - 4.8 years
2. Michelin Tires : 6 months
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Project Engineer:( 2.5 years)Handled end to end project design & development , leading the team of 4, for the European brand Meclaren as a customer at both onsite & offsite.
2. Design Engineer : Involved in designing of various chassis components on CAD software.
Handled a client project independently at very early stage of my job.
3. Currently working as a Geometry developer in Michelin tires.

Technical projects :

1. SAE NIS Efficycle- Lead the team of 10 as a captain - Represented college at national level vehicle design & fabrication conpetition.
2. SAE SUPRA- Head of steering Dept- represented college virtual design competition at national level

Any tips for the interview preparation?

Does ISB ask for case studies, general knowledge or current affairs like that in IIMs ?

No, ISB does not but its still important to keep up to date with your particular industry trends.
You will be asked about your profile and work ex itself. Nothing out of the box
