ISB interviews are strength based interviews, means panels are more focused on what is good in the candidate. Secondly, the only quality they assess is your leadership qualities. iSB has its own definition of leaders and it has its own parameters for the same. Thanks

Hi Nyx99891 , The undergrad GPA is a bit concerning but if you are able to achieve your target GMAT score, you will be able to offset it to a certain extent, and, thus, increase your chances. The essays will be crucial - how well you demonstrate your strengths, your ability to contribute to your cohort, and the need for PGP-YL will define your chances of receiving an interview call.
