CatOnLaptop , It is a numbers game. We often see highly qualified candidates being rejected for some close-to-random reason. Keep your head up! With that said, applying earlier might help your chances! Good luck

I have far from a perfect score and the typical MBA profile, but if it helps even 1 person, but only for me, I was advised to use every part of the application form to highlight and pitch myself...even the part to describe your day to day responsiblities etc

I think this is what worked in favor of some people’s apps, including mine. I applied to Ross as well and that app has literally nothing more than a total of 400 words in three essays to make your best case. Got a ding there.

Those who got invite, can you please tell whether you did a lot of networking for lbs? Just want to know whether networking holds major significance

I get that, thanks man! It’s just i’m thinking maybe I need to change my entire narrative. I’ve done pre-mba internships but my apps are pitching a triple jump. probably a dumb idea in retrospect.

RandomStoryteller , Yes. Talked to ambassadors, alumni and staff members. I think I connected with around 15 people on Linkedin to get their input on the school and my profile.
