I was waitlisted after the interview in Round 2 last year. Thought I will have better chance in round 1, but same result. I have no idea why they would waitlist a candidate two years in a row. You either want someone or you don't. This does not make much sense.

Thanks for the response. Yes I am talking about the same thing. I am not on any major social media sites ) . :) so I am not keen on filling that optional blog/tweet/pintrest or whatever it is because it is unlike me.

Hi,

Just now I submitted my application and received 2 emails from Texas.
1. Application Submission.
2. Fee waiver for TOEFL

I am not sure why did I get the 2nd email. I have already sent my TOEFL score to them.

This is what I received
"Your TOEFL/IELTS waiver request has been received. Please allow 7-10 business days for your waiver to be processed. Once your waiver has been processed, it will no longer show up as a "To Do" item on your MyStatus page.* "

Can someone please help me understand why did I receive this email?

Also, I have not received any email to pay the application fee. So, if I donot receive it today, does that mean I won't be considered for R2 as my app is incomplete unless I make the payment? Please confirm.

Hello everyone,

Can anyone please tell me about a free video editor tool. I want to edit my introduction video a bit and add a few pics in between. I tried windows movie maker but to edit a video it is asking for some registered version. I tried visiting a Photo studio but they're crazily asking me some 5000 bucks which doesn't make sense.

Please help.

Your application will still be considered.
Have you made your the recommendation is in? It clearly states that recommendation should be in before the deadline.
On safer side, I think you must write to admissions at UT to request for a day or two to pay your application fee.

So, my app is complete except fees.

It's an auto email that everyone receives. Usually people who have studied in English throughout/ worked abroad/ lived in US will ask for toefl waiver. So you can ignore the toefl waiver message since you have already sent it to school.

Hi All,

I submitted my application yesterday(1/10) but didn't receive any Fees submission email until today morning.(1/11 8 a.m.).

I tried paying the fees but it is not accepting my master card.

Also, EFT payment method is disabled for me.

Kindly suggest what should I do.

Also, it is mentioned in the email to make the payment before deadline, which was yesterday.

So, does that mean I missed the deadline for McCombs?

I did sent an email to Admission Team but didn't received any response yet.

Someone, Please help me out.
