Same here although it doesn't really look all that great :( One would think that all the dings would go out in one go since those are Emails but given that its nearly 5 pm one has to put the chances of additional admits as being quite slim.

IDK. If they want to ding or waitlist you, they could have done that earlier

Hate to say this, but unfortunately for US applicants seems like true! But dont loose hope just yet! Plus you got Foster anyway so its not that bad!
As for internationals nobody got any info, so i guess its too early to get desperate

Yeah this was what I was getting at. It's not like they decide 10 candidates at a time. On decision day you know who is in, who is out and who is on WL so the decisions that are certain such as a Ding and a WL should be able to go out in one go. Its a generic system generated email so it should go out to all those that have been dinged.

Personally, I think the whole mba application process is not user friendly at all. It is like black box with no transparency.

Logically yes but only 2 people reported dings so far, and at different times. So looks like they got good old manual system :lol:

And i totally agree that business school who teach business and marketing should be able to build efficient customer facing business processes themselves. In Russia we call this shoe-maker with no shoes :lol:

But part of the reason for this non-transparency is that schools compete and try to confuse each other =) this is my theory

Try to negotiate. In fact i can refer you to a consultant who is good particularly at this, although she is not cheap. I was gonna use her myself to negotiate more schol with Foster but now i am set for UT i guess

Well i will be soon =) i am 99% set with UT because i know that COL will not be as high as Seattle for sure, plus scholarship itself is more. And even with equal scholarship i d still go to UT because i really got sort of attached to it thanks to all the people from UT i interacted with. Great school for sure.
