Agreed. It certainly wasn't a throw-away application.. I applied with the intent of being admitted, but I was extremely thoughtful and perhaps even a bit obsessive with my other two. Either way, congrats to all who were admitted to McCombs. A wonderful school for sure!

Admitted to Darden with $$$, but outright denied at McCombs. Weird, but to be honest, I forgot to even check the portal yesterday. Heart wasn't in the UT application like it was for Darden and Jones.

Similar. Accepted at Fuqua, WL at McCombs. Surprised for sure.

I am not sure about the background check, but did mention criminal check on the application page - the last where you certify.
