vineetbhosle1 I am kinda in the same boat as you, so factor in some bias due to my wishful thinking. Based on my conversation with an Indian student at Ross, I think you have a solid shot. You have differentiated yourself from the vast majority of Indian candidates with your background and international experience. If diversity of thought and ideas is what matters, they will definitely pick you over someone with slightly higher GMAT.

Question: I live in another state from them so traveling to do an in-person invite would require flying and staying in a hotel. Do they ever cover costs like these for people flying in from out of state? I ask because I think I've read somewhere on this forum getting that privilege.

Got an invite for an interview-- in the NYC area and submitted like 20 minutes before deadline!
Does anyone know if there is a particular advantage to interviewing on campus? I'd rather not becuase my company is tough on taking days off but don't want to jeopardize my chances either.

As one who has not got an interview invite yet but has researched the process thoroughly, I would encourage you to interview on campus. Though there is no official advantage, it shows a strong interest in the school. Adcoms want to see you in person. Have you visited Ross yet?
