Is it just Indians whose status has not changed, or is it the same for everyone? By this time R1 applicants completed their interviews and even results were announced for some. Should we consider it as a ding?

It looks very unlikely that no Indian applicant from this group will NOT even get an interview invite! So, lets wait :(

Yes. The process is not very clear. If we don`t receive a call by next week, we can presume that we are dinged.

It just doesn't add up! don't know how they'll be able to get through so many applicants in such a short time. Unless they plan to have a very small number of invites for the interview.

Hi Varun,

As I stated earlier, The number of seats is around 100. Take the case in which around 30% of the seats are filled in R1.

We fight for around 70 seats. I presume you are from India. Take 10% of the seats are remaining for Indians - 7 to 10 seats.

So. they may be very selective in calling people. This is my humble opinion.

But I really agree to your point that they can respond and plan in a better way.

Dont lose hope. It is not over till it is over.

I was getting a call from a singapore number that I traced back to Nanyang (through Google search). I tried calling back there was no response and the mailbox was full.

None. Tried calling both the numbers - went straight to a full voice mailbox.

Is the application status still the same for all i.e. Is it still showing "Application under process"?

Hi guys.

I sent a mail to the AdCom. They reverted with the same reply that they've been dishing out earlier that they would roll out the results by 8th March.

I think they will not conduct interviews. They will just send out invites based on the profile.

So I think we can all relax since we are all in contention.

That's quite a thought :D . although I believe due to the surge in volumes, they might send out interview invites by 8th March, and then decision might take some more time.
But at this moment, we can only speculate. So, lets not assume things here and focus on interview prep or any other invites that you may have.
