Any news from R3 applicants? Does Olin still take in applicants from R3? I submitted my application on 5th Jan but yet to receive any updates from the school...Does this mean a rejection :(

Any news from R3 applicants? Does Olin still take in applicants from R3? I submitted my application on 5th Jan but yet to receive any updates from the school...Does this mean a rejection :(

When the decision deadline for R3 passes, yes it mean a rejection. For now, NO.

And YES, of course every school admits applicants in R3. So just stay calm. You had better to prepare for the interview or work on other schools' application.

Also, from my observation on R1 and R2, I think Olin prefers the style of sending interview invitation late and releasing the decision super quickly.

When the decision deadline for R3 passes, yes it mean a rejection. For now, NO.

And YES, of course every school admits applicants in R3. So just stay calm. You had better to prepare for the interview or work on other schools' application.

Also, from my observation on R1 and R2, I think Olin prefers the style of sending interview invitation late and releasing the decision super quickly.
