hey, thanks for the prompt reply and congrats on the interview call. What I meant was whether Owen has already released the list of people to be interviewed.

Best of luck for the interview!

Sorry. I genuinely misunderstood the question aurko. I got a call pretty early. I think within 4 days after the deadline. I don't whether they are still sending out invites for it. I don't whether they have any list. People are invited once their app is reviewed. And it is a continuous process.
Do you got an invite?
The Skype schedules are almost booked. Owen adcoms are coming to India in February. I have scheduled an interview with Ms. Kim. There are lots of open time slots for an in-person interview.
Your question can be answered by any adcom or an application which might recieve it now.

Hello

I had my interview with Rob on Monday via Skype. It was very casual and yes it is a blind interview. So start with a basic question, introduce abt yourself. Then to some behavioral questions like your strength and weakness, example on when you succeed in the team environment and when you failed. Why Owen, your long and short term career and how you think Owen can help you to achieve it. He also asked if I apply to other schools and if I get all the choices, on what criteria I will use to evaluate which schools to go. Lastly, describe something that very important to you.

Overall it was very pleasant experience for me. Bonus pt that Rob was Owen MBA alum so yeah I asked him how was Owen from his perspectives and we shared our interest abt music. I hope I do Ok since the interview time as 5AM Singapore time haha.

Tips any is to prepare and know your CV and experience well. also be yourself. :)

I received an email to schedule an interview during Discovery Weekend. It allows you to chose who you are interviewing with. Do you think there is an advantage to interviewing with someone higher up like Christie St. John or does the interviewer's status really matter?

My opinion is there is no advantage. My advice is to pick whomever you think you'd be able to make a connection with, perhaps over a shared interest or background. That may help make the interview more conversational. But overall, I would say you're OK picking anyone on the team!

I wouldn't think so, but I interviewed with Christie and it was a great experience. With no experience with any other potential interviewers, I can't compare her with others, but I genuinely had a great time interviewing with Christie. She was an absolute professional, approachable and kind-hearted throughout the interview and afterward.

The wait now grows by one day.
I was scheduled to get my interview with Ms. Kim today in Mumbai. It has been postponed to Feb 02.
What about Delhi and Bangalore folks?
Anyone else coming to Bandra tomorrow?

Done with the personal interview with Ms Kim. Now eagerly waiting for the results.
It was a very pleasant experience. We had a very informal kind of interview. No stock questions. It was just an hour long conversation.
She was really interested to hear me out and never made me feel that I was her eight person to interview in the day.
What about other candidates from Mumbai?

Nothing extraordinary. It was just a conversation about me, my goals, my choices, how I'm planning my career. That's it. It never seemed like an interview.
