Can someone confirm if scholarship money is mentioned in the offer update on the website ? Pretty sure I will be attending but some money would make the decision easier I'm assuming with no call and no mention on the portal that I wasn't offered anything but just wanted to confirm. Thanks in advance and congrats to everyone !

Scholarship is not mentioned in updated letter in the portal. I would be in either call or separate email initiated by the adcom. In any case, the adcom that called me mentioned that they will be sending an admit packet to admitted students' addresses.
Adcom told me about scholarship over the phone in the morning, but the scholarship wasn't mentioned in the portal letter and I didn't receive a separate email about it. Congrats on your acceptance!
Ditto! Congrats! I hope to meet all of you at Welcome Weekend here in a few weeks. If it's anything like last year, it's going to be a really good time.
Does Owen waive TOEFL for international applicants for whom medium of instruction was English for their undergrads?
I could not find this information on their website which just states that the requirement is waived off for those who've scored in the 90th percentile or higher on the verbal component of the GMAT or GRE.
Does anyone know if their definition of verbal component also includes AWA?

This question was asked in one of our live chats with Vanderbilt adcom. Here is the reply by Bailey McChesney (Associate Director of Admissions at Vanderbilt)
"There are a couple of cases where we would waive the TOEFL: 1. I have earned an undergraduate degree in a country where the official language is English (not just an English-speaking institution or just a country where English is spoken.) 2. I have lived and worked, for the past two or more years, in a country where the official language is English (not just a country where English is spoken). 3. I have scored in the 90th percentile or higher on the verbal component of the GMAT or GRE."
