I am surprised to see that Rotman application does not have an optional essay component. Really puts someone who could use it at a disadvantage.

How many folks received an interview invite? I'm still waiting for my transcripts to reach and one of my recommenders still needs to submit his recommendation.

Gnpth , I wouldn't worry so much about the transcripts(for now) because from what I hear, you may used a scanned copy of the transcripts till you are admitted. You could check with the ad-com to be on the safer side. Just try and expedite the process on the recommendation and keep your fingers crossed to receive the interview invite I'm not sure about the exact count of people who have received the interview invite, but from those reported in GMATClub the interview invites have gone to around 4-5 people!
