Not that close. I checked with one of the Recruitment team at Oxford and they said that the key thing is that its one page only. I think so long as you follow the standard MBA style resume (education, work history, Additional Info) and provide the information they have requested in the template you should be fine. I have different margins fonts and layout, but its similar structure. Hopefully that helps :).

In for R3 as well, the key point is the one-page format. My resume was already in that format, albeit different fonts , margins etc. Good luck!

I saw an interview invite for round 3 on clearadmit - do they send these out before the alloted date? Anyone from here got an interview invite?

I think they do that sometimes but I have not heard back from them either.
