Not that close. I checked with one of the Recruitment team at Oxford and they said that the key thing is that its one page only. I think so long as you follow the standard MBA style resume (education, work history, Additional Info) and provide the information they have requested in the template you should be fine. I have different margins fonts and layout, but its similar structure. Hopefully that helps
