Is it something situational or behavioural based?
Or do they ask you why MBA? Why now? - questions of those sort
Questions that are asked are meant to see how well you think on the spot. Its not something you prepare for or study for, as they will require you to describe a situation from your job/school/life. I would recommend going over your resume and having an example of a few situations where you had to make a serious decision or had to overcome a difficulty.
As the poster above said, there is a practice section in the portal and you can have unlimited attempts to make sure you're feeling comfortable.
As for in-person/video interview with the faculty, those questions can be anything as these interviews are meant to "fill the gaps" in your application. For example if something is not entirely clear in your application, this would be an opportunity for you to fill in the gaps and explain yourself.
