Does anyone know McCombs stance on negotiating scholarship? I got into more competitive schools with a scholarship, but UT is our first choice.

I had the same GRE score (though, 160 in Quant and 160 in Verbal) and got in. So your chances are decent I’d say...a large part of it depends on your story, essays and experience. You won’t be sidelined due to your GRE score that is for certain.
