NYU Stern has a lot of club-related events planned this month in addition to their traditional information sessions and application workshops, such as Stern Women in Business, OutClass, SISA, GMA, SMS, GFA, STA, EMSA, and AHBBS!

They also have an interesting session by the Founder & CEO of Robust.ai, Dr Gary Marcus, as a part of "Fubon Center Fintech Speaker Series".

Seriously, when will interviews roll out. It’s been more than a month I submitted my app. Anyone from India got invites ?

I guess they are sticking to "initial notification by 7 Dec" now. Anyway, I don’t expect an interview call so soon since most of the calls are based on high GMAT score

They give more importance on GMaT score for short lists

Any Indians applying with GRE?

I heard they are not a good option when it comes to scholarship?

Not sure about stern, but I’ve seen almost 40% of students at tuck/Yale applying with the gre. Just not sure about those numbers for Indians. I’m a non engineer Indian so i preferred the GRE to the GMAT

I had my interview with Stern today. The Adcom member had read my profile beforehand and was friendly. Most of the questions catered to my specific experiences so I don't think those would add much value to this post. However, some general behavioral questions were:
1. Your leadership style and What do you bring to a team?
2. How will you reach your long-term goals?
3. How are you planning to improve your leadership style?
4. Tell me about a time you have incorporated another team member's idea to change your course of action?
5. Tell me about a time you used your problem-solving skills.
6. Tell me about a time your creative hobbies have helped with your professional life?
7. How are you planning to contribute to Stern community?
8. Anything we missed?
9. Any questions?

I think the adcom member was just trying to assess if I am a good fit for Stern. I Will find out in 3 weeks! Good luck to everyone else applying!
