In the offer letter I received, apart from forward focus scholarship, they have also mentioned GSA worth ~$15k. Is it over and above the tuition waiver or the tuition waiver includes GSA?

Yes it's a very very good offer. I've looked at their employment statistics anyone know how good their OCI is at helping you land a job? I'm going with the intention of doing marketing but could do consulting or general management if I feel it suits me better but it looks like SCM is their bread and butter.

My offer letter says there's a stipend of $7,450 a year, for a total of $14,900. I assume you have something similar. That's cash paid to the student, over and above the value of the full tuition scholarship. In exchange, we have to work ten hours per week while on campus. So, if we assume 30 weeks of school, it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $25/hr for a part time job.
