Connie plants four plants A, B, C, and D in that order. If all the plants grow at constant rates, which plant will be the first one to reach 3.75 feet tall?
(1) Plant A grows at twice the rate of plant B and at half the rate of plant C.
(2) Plant D averages 3.5 inches of growth per week.

I guess the answer is E.
1. Not sufficient, gives no detail about growth of D
2. Not sufficient, gives no detail about other plants A,B,C.
Combining both, NOt sufficient because, growth rate of D is known, but no information about other plants growth rate.
So, E should be the answer.
