my story here. While I didn't get to take my test that time, in a past test situation, I did have a similar problem during the AWA/IR section. When I got my score back though, thats not where I floundered score wise, but I do still think the computer issues affected my mindset and I couldn't fully recover to perform better on the Quant and Verbal though I didn't follow up with the complaint as I felt the Quant score came out around what I had hoped to get above. But I also made the decision for a higher score. Suffice it to say this last try i had i was scoring in the 690-720 range and i was ready, then the testing software went down and I was offered to reschedule. This entire summer was meant to be a celebration, travel to South America, a road trip to Oregon, camping with family, with a focus on getting my applications done. Instead its been fits of GMAT and loads of frustration at not being able to get back into the swing of things. Good luck with the outcome, hoping for the best.
