During the exam today the computer stopped working: I couldn't marked the multiple question. I was already on verbal part 25th question. That was horrible! they proposed another exam day but horrible thing is that I have spent whole summer at home studying, took my last holidays this week to work on GMAT and they are offering just another exam day during the week. That's unfair and waiting for their respond

Sorry to hear about this - computer problems are the worst.
I see you are not happy with their suggestion/approach. How would you envision them handling this?

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes it happens. Mostly they will not do anything other than the option they suggested. So I would recommend you to proceed with option they suggested. I know it is hard since you don't have any other holidays. But that's the option they may offer you..

I am sorry to hear that this happened to you. I actually am familiar with this and can totally relate, you can read my story here. While I didn't get to take my test that time, in a past test situation, I did have a similar problem during the AWA/IR section. When I got my score back though, thats not where I floundered score wise, but I do still think the computer issues affected my mindset and I couldn't fully recover to perform better on the Quant and Verbal though I didn't follow up with the complaint as I felt the Quant score came out around what I had hoped to get above. But I also made the decision for a higher score. Suffice it to say this last try i had i was scoring in the 690-720 range and i was ready, then the testing software went down and I was offered to reschedule. This entire summer was meant to be a celebration, travel to South America, a road trip to Oregon, camping with family, with a focus on getting my applications done. Instead its been fits of GMAT and loads of frustration at not being able to get back into the swing of things. Good luck with the outcome, hoping for the best.
