The Official Guide 2022  is a great resource - it has real GMAT questions, all questions are arranged in order of difficulty, good explanations, etc but it has one major flaw - no way to sample specific questions or ability to target a specific area - for example all SC questions with idioms or all DS questions that deal with geometry. This Guide attempts to correct that flaw (and a little bit more), making the Official Guide even better. Note: OG 2022 contains no new Questions compared to OG 2021 and in fact contains 3 fewer questions (#655, 839, and 917 were removed)

Use this guide to:      Find Difficulty about every question available in the - Official Guide for GMAT Review 
  Help find specific practice questions and build your custom practice tests that focus on your weak areas 
  Keep your OG Practice in one place with an Error Log and Analytics 
  Understand difficulty of each question (it is not very linear as you will notice). We have split difficulty into 4 groups (easy, medium, hard, and very hard). This split is based on the percentile of the question difficulty as determined by GMAT Club Timer sessions  
  Explanations are linked to each question for easy reference 
  Updated the Error Log numbering  
  The split of hard/medium/easy questions has somewhat changed and in part that's true for new questions that have been added as well as existing questions being "harder" due to members making more mistakes - so the changes are happening on both ends of the equation if that makes sense.

Hi  bb , while using the error log, what do the sheets titled Diag Q and Diag V refer to? I am guessing it means Diagnostic Quant and Verbal?

What is the best way to use those sheets?

Hi. Yes. Those are the verbal and quantitative portions of the diagnostic test that has been included in the official guide since 2012 and has not changed 😇

The idea is that you can take this test and get an estimation of your score. The official guide has a instruction how to calculate it. It’s not very accurate. But it’s a nice collection of 99 questions.

I think the 23–24 edition is the same content but there are some of the questions that have been removed from the book, specifically the geometry questions from the problem-solving and data sufficiency as well as some of the questions were removed from data sufficiency. Obviously sentence correction was completely chucked.
