I am a currently working as a Manager of Technology for a Indian Company and have an experience of 6 years+, I have done MCA in 2011 and have 78%. During my under graduation I had 65% but my 10th and 12th result wasn't as expected, scored 51% and 52%. I have target for IIM A/B/C, ISB and XLRIHow likely the institutes are going to take my 10th and 12th marks?

Hello varun.here6,

In order to overcome the 10th and 12th grade marks, you will have to perform well in GMAT. A high GMAT score will show that you are good at Quant and English which is very important for any MBA aspirant. Also, when you are writing essays it will be good if you can mention some reason or explanation for the low grades, it is not mandatory, but explaining will clear the doubt in adcoms mind or will remove any ambiguity.

Having said that adcom team looks at a complete profile and not just academics, so your overall profile also has to be strong.

This totally depends on the school. Many of the schools do not look at the scores before your university.
You should first check the application form of the schools you mentioned.
