Hello. I hope you are well. I have my GMAT exam in exactly 7 weeks from today. My Math basics are strong, but I make sluggish errors, and my predicted score is 42. My estimated Verbal score is 32. Yes, I am very disappointed with it.
I am targeting a 700+ score. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I have been out of work right now. So, I have all the time to prepare for the exam.
I have been using
Magoosh Premium and egmat for Verbal. Could anyone please help me how I should proceed with my prep?
I believe that I don't have any weak area as such in Quants, but I am not sure about it in Verbal.
Urgent Help required and appreciated. Thank you!
Hi shades28,
If you want me to give a general advice, then I can give you one. But if you want a more specific and personalized strategy, I would need a more one-on-one interaction with you because it would be pre-mature to suggest you anything without specific details. If you wish to connect with me, I'll share the link for the same below.
General advice:
As you are mainly struggling with Verbal, I would recommend you to identify the main area of struggle. It can be either with concepts or the application of concepts. If it is the concepts, then I would recommend you to learn the concepts first and then move to practicing questions. If it is the application, then carefully compare your approach with the right one. Spend a considerable amount of time in analyzing the solutions because that is the best way to learn the right methodology.
We recently finished a
series of webinars focusing on the methodology to solve questions of every topic. You can got through them to learn the right methodology. Having said that, it is only general advice. I can
suggest you a more specific plan, if we can connect over a zoom conference call. I'm sharing the link below. You can use that link to schedule a free consultation call.
