The question is basically asking if x = even ?

Quote:
(1) X is the smallest integer that is divisible by all integers from 11 to 15, inclusive.

This means x is even, as it's divisible by 12 and 14.
Sufficient.

Quote:
(2) 3^X is an odd number.

x = odd => $$3^x$$ = odd
x = even => $$3^x$$ = odd
This is because 3 to the power of anything is odd.
Insufficient.
