Hi everyone - Do you know if there is any grace period for recommendations similar to other schools? For example, certain schools allow recs to be submitted up to a week after the deadline for apps.

Try emailing the admissions team. I am not 100% sure of this, but I think you need to have your recommendation turned in at the same time.

If last year is any indication, first round of interview invites for R2 could be going out within the next week. Good luck everyone!

EDIT: Last year's deadline was Jan 2, this year's was Jan 7. So I might be a week ahead.

Just received the following in an email (as you probably did as well...)

"...
Ross Admissions interviews are by invitation only. Due to the high volume of Round 2, we plan to extend interview invitations in two waves via email. The timing of your interview invitation is not an indicator of the strength of your application. The first wave (sent on Jan. 18) will include invitations for all international applicants and some U.S. applicants. The second wave (sent on Jan. 25) will include additional U.S. applicants. Please note, we are prioritizing review of international applications to help those making travel arrangements to team exercises and interviews outside of their home country.

If you are not invited to interview, you will receive either a waitlist or a deny decision on March 15, 2019. Some candidates will be denied in an early decision release as early as February 15, 2019 so that you might make alternative plans. Waitlisted applicants will be considered again in Round 3.
