While I am unsure what school you attended for undergrad, your GPA and 660 GMAT will not stand out to admissions committees if you are targeting anything in the top 20 range. To begin with, as you have not provided me with much details regarding your profile, giving an apt profile evaluation would be difficult. However, I’d like to clarify that there are a couple of factors, such as your extracurriculars, achievements, and internships, which play an essential role in increasing your chances of acceptance and getting an admit to a top b-school. Having said that, let’s begin your profile evaluation based on the information you have provided me.

Starting off with your academics, your undergraduate GPA of 3.3 is good enough and should not pose as a hindrance while applying for B-schools since for an MBA program, AdComs emphasise more on the quality of the work experience.

Coming to your GMAT, an overall score of 660 is pretty decent and should allow you to target competitive B-schools. However, it is on a bit lower end if you intend on targeting the dream B-schools. Since you haven’t mentioned the company’s name/brand, I would like to tell you that a big brand name plays a crucial role in the selection process, and therefore will give an upper-hand to the candidates having more extensive work experience hailing from the big 4 brands.

Furthermore, your participation in extracurricular activities is equally important as it will showcase a holistically developed profile that b-schools actively look out for. To give you a brief idea of how to go about this, you can highlight the initiatives you took during your undergrad in any clubs, associations, or any event you participated in and how you went above and beyond to manage them. Furthermore, to elaborate on your recent accomplishments and your desire to upskill yourself, you can mention any certification courses you have pursued related to your program. Additionally, you can also highlight any NGO volunteering or CSR activities you have undertaken to display your empathetic front. It would strengthen your application as it would bring to light the socially responsible aspect of your personality, which is, in turn, highly regarded by b-schools worldwide.

In order to hedge your bets wisely, you should be looking at 6-8 more schools. The schools that you can be targeting at are - FSFM, Grenoble, SKEMA, UCL, Durham, Edinburg, UCD, TCD, UI, DCU, Kelly, Fordham, and Texas.

what do you do professionally, where do you work, what role? what are your work achievements?
Why do you want to do an MBA Now?
From where (geography, any b-schools in mind?)
What do you want to do post MBA?
What are your achievements outside of work?

MBA admissions ar every, very competitive, especially for Indian applicants. So unless we understand your profile more deeply, it would be impossible to give any suggestions
