Hard to evaluate your profile without more knowledge about your work experience. It does seem a bit low as far as the number of years of experience goes. That in itself need not be a bottleneck if everything else is good.

Good GMAT.

Yale and Columbia will be difficult. ISB could work. UCLA and Duke - really depends on your leadership stories.

Aug 2017:730(v38,Q50, IR6) Awaiting AWA Score

School Target: UCLA, Yale, Duke, Columbia and ISB. I am also open to options in Germany as I am semi-fluent in German.

Extra curricular Activities:
Secretary of For Ethics Club for College fest
Secretary fir Graphics and Web clubs in College
Organized several Workshops in College for Students
Organized 2 TED X Events locally
Winner of an ARM Design Challenge
2 Years Work Experience (it will be three years by the time I join College) in a MNC
2 years experience working with under-privileged kids in college
Organize a leadership and Communication Conference in Current Workplace to foster and encourage people to speak up and be more assertive.

Good to hear from you. Congratulations on a good GMAT score. Though you come from a very competitive pool of candidates I believe that you can definitely work towards getting an admit to a very good school. Your target schools and realistic however what would be interesting to know is the kind of work you have done in the last 3 years.
