3.5 years --> Boutique cyber security consulting startup in India
- New team with only 3 people. I along with my manager setup their security operations center from scratch. Grew the team from 3 members to 85 members in 3.5 years bringing in 15+ major clients amounting total revenue of more than 1 million USD
- Formed and led their new 24/7 team which was part of their security operations center. Carried out and led more than 20 projects with the team.
- Carried out some short term international engagements in middle east

Profile-wise, there is a lot working for you provided we are able to articulate your strengths, skills, and achievements through a set of well-crafted essays.
The start-up experience, entrepreneurial journey, and managerial abilities will add immense value.
You definitely have a good chance at schools such as Tepper and Foster; however, if you are looking to target some of the M7 programs, we would suggest that you work on improving your GRE score to stand out in the applicant pool. There is the time at hand before the R1 cycle kicks in and there is anyway nothing to lose even if you do not end up improving your score.

With most applicants from your demographic (Indian IT/software male), the biggest challenge is to demonstrate a variety of experience and consistent professional growth, therefore kudos to you for being a go-getter! With some solid work on your essays - elaborating on your personal story, career initiatives, and professional motivations, you could stand a decent chance at your target schools.
You should try to do better on GRE especially quant in order to stay competitive and to compensate for your low Undergrad percentage. A GRE of 335 should be safe for Kellogg, MIT and Ross.
