Thank you for your post and for sharing your profile. To answer your first question, I am inclined to recommend you submit your GRE score where possible. That said, if you are applying for the class of 2023 (application cycle 2020-21), then why not re-take the GMAT?
The next step in the process is evaluating your experiences. While you list employers, you do not address your roles there. I recommend being introspective and think about the experiences you've had and the contributions you've made. Are there areas in your professional experience and/or community engagement that can be strengthened?
An important component of a successful application includes a clear deliberation on your vision and the reason for pursuing an MBA: why do you require the degree? Why now? Why at these universities?

Hi All,
I have two questions. My first question is, should I include my GMAT score or my GRE score in the application. My scores are as follows
- GMAT Score: 680 (49/33/6/6 Q/V/AW/IR)
- GRE Score: 326 (169/157/4.5 Q/V/AW)
A brief background about myself:
I will be applying in R1 of admission cycle for the class of 2023 with the following credentials
- Graduate from top school in Pakistan with a GPA of 3.75/4.00
- 5 years of work experience (by the time i will be join a program): 1 year in Nestle, 2 years in GlaxoSmithKline and 2 years in Mckinsey (all in Pakistan)
- Social work includes working with a local startup for last mile delivery for basic necessities and with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to reduce child mortality
Target Schools: MIT, Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, INSEAD, LBS, Darden, and Wharton
