I'm telling mine.Basically, i read first question than jump over the passag. Previousl, i read the full passage than start answering question. New method increases my accuracy little bit.
You have to try different strategies and pick the one you like. In my case, I did better when I fully understood the passage. This strategy helped answer the questions faster without returning to the passage and get 90 percentile ranking.

Anupom In real exam, you'll NOT be provided all the questions (in a passage) at a time, so reading question first is a bad habit. Just be an active reader when reading a passage (just set up in your mind what types of questions are asked in real exam). I mean: reading something is the bad idea; reading FOR something is good idea!
