Thank you in advance. I've taken the GMAT three times, with the hopes of applying to R2 this year. Unfortunately, I am really not satisfied with any of these scores. My quant is OK at 48, but verbal is horrendous. Score break down:
Each attempts had at least a month in between. For my last attempt's prep, I outlined each section strategies and made sure to apply them. (i.e. for CR, Read the Q stem, then passage, identify conclusions and identify what would be in scope and out of scope, read the Q stem again, refer to conclusion while reading answer choices, etc.). I did however, felt rushed throughout the last 20 questions (even then, it wasn't like my accuracy for the first 20 were that great - 71% for the first 1/4 and 57% for next 1/4). I feel like I do need to brush up on my timing as my SC takes about 1:30, and rest 2:00 in average.
Besides my timing, I am unsure how to continue from here. I'm back on the drawing board today, but I feel depleted. I feel like I know all the content, and what to expect - perhaps it's my execution? Maybe I am overanalyzing everything? I'm aiming for anything +/- 730.
ANY advice would be appreciated.

I know you asked for recommendations other than timing, but that's the best recommendation I have to give. Start doing timed sets of random problems, and work on speeding up where you can, and proactively guessing where you can't. You're learning firsthand why timing is important - and if you know the content already, all that remains is how you're taking the test, which boils down to which questions you're committing to finishing and when.
You say that, but your V38 (85%) is way better than your Q48 (71%). Are you saying that your verbal is not as good as it could be? Also, I'd be working on my quant if I were you. Getting 3 48s in a row is great if you aren't good at quant, but the same consistency also indicates that you might be able to do better.

Thank you for the advice - I will work on my timing and look into timing strategies as well.

I agree! I have been able to get 49-51 on GmatClub tests - I'll have to work on it a little more for sure. Thanks for the input.
