Rescheduling a GMAT exam through the Case number

Rescheduling a GMAT exam through the Case number [#permalink] New post   04 Mar 2019, 04:44
During my GMAT exam at pearson test center , yusufsarai Delhi, the power went off, and I was given a case no., and they said that through this case no. you can reschedule the exam by calling their customer care no. But as of now no one is picking up the call and I am not able to reschedule it. It would be great If anybody here can help me out regarding this.
