A: managers always holds us responsible for that team’s work (wrong SV agreement)
B: manager always hold us responsible for their work (wrong SV agreement)
C: managers always hold us responsible for that team’s work (correct)
D: managers hold us responsible for that team’s work always

C: Managers always hold us responsible for that team’s work - Correct one, 'Hold' is required as we have plural in the sentence. option A negated. Now, in option B, 'their' looks incorrect, Negate this option. So among option C & D, option C looks better as in option D, use of 'always' in the end is not correct.
