So I'm not sure how many R1 interview dates were offered, but I think there may have only been 2-3 Fridays available. Yale SOM plans a whole day of events (tour, lunch panel with students, sample lecture etc) while a group of students come on campus to interview. In my group there were ~100 people.
Everyone says the interview is straight forward, which it is. However, I feel that the tricky part is really about your delivery and connection to the interviewer you're paired with. Everyone is very nice and professional, so I'm sure you won't get an indication of whether it went poorly or not (thus everyone walks out feeling like it went fine)..but I would urge you not to stress out about what you're going to say, so much as HOW.
I did get asked about my quote, but it sounded like not everyone was asked, depending on timing (and like others have been saying in previous years and other sources, some interviewers really do try to stick to the strict 30 min time frame strictly). Mine was nice and gave me a heads up that he may be looking at his watch, he may cut me off a little if something is getting long winded and he needs to move on.
