I am assuming this is the typical indication of a rejected application, correct?
"Thank you for applying to the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. The review of your application is now complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a place in our program at this time."

I asked the woman who interviewed me for some feedback but I am not expecting to hear anything back.

Hey! Were you interviewed by the admissions team or did they send you such an email without an interview?

So everyone is aware, this is my profile:
- 33 years old, caucasian male
- 87% average undergrad in Commerce majoring in Finance
- Worked for approximately 11 years - 3 years in investment banking and 7-ish years trading
- I have my CFA, so I have not written the GMAT yet

Damn! That's a really strong profile! I'm surprised to be honest.

I believe you must have established something during the 11 years of experience, and the admission committee must want to hear great stories from your experience.
Also, from what you have already achieved, your purpose of pursuing an MBA might be a crucial point cause you are already on the summit of a small hill and they might have a higher bar for you and ask for more profound plans and desires of you doing an MBA.
Just some personal opinion :-)
