For R2 Priority deadlines(10th Dec) do the invitation invites for the applicants come out along with invites for those who submitted their application on 5th Jan?

Anyone from earlier experience who can comment on this - would be of great help.

Also is it advisable to write to the college if you haven't heard back in around a months time.

Thanks! I submitted right at the R1 deadline Oct 10th. I received an interview invite Nov 30th, much later than any of the other school invites. When I checked the in-person interview calendar, there were only 1 or 2 slots left, so I believe I was one of the latest to get the invite.
