1. Kellogg interviews the vast majority of applicants so they may or may not have read your application yet. Getting an interview there is not the same as other schools where they've done one big 'cut' before sending out invites. If they have read your application, your interviewer will not have been part of the discussion as Kellogg does blind interviews (interviewer only has your resume).
2. Yes, you can use the same stories for your interview that you have in your app. However, if you have other strong examples that you could not fit in the app, you may want to diversify by telling them in the interview.
