Here, we need to concentrate on what Ann Said? He said All the campers at Camp Winnehatchee go to Tri-Cities High School. But Bill refuted what ann said and opined that some Tri-Cities students are campers at Camp Lakemont. While saying so, Bill assumed that only campers at Camp Winnehatchee are students at Tri-Cities High School. Here we need to concentrate on Camp Winnehatchee.

if Bill's and Ann's place were reversed in the question i.e. Ann‟s answer can be best explained on the assumption that he has interpreted Bill‟s remark to mean that, then answer would have been option D. ( of course we need to modify the argument little bit).

Can someone please explain why its option E ? What i have understood is -

Ann: All the campers at Camp Winnehatchee go to Tri-Cities High School - let's say there are 100 students that are currently at Camp Winnehatchee and all those students go to Tri-Cities High School.

Bill: That‟s not true. Some Tri-Cities students are campers at Camp Lakemont. - he says that no that's not true there are some students lets say 20 , who study at Tri-Cities and are at Camp Lakemont.

So according to my analysis, what Bill thought Ann said was- All the students who are studying at TCH (as per our example let's assume 120) are going to camp Winnehatchee.

Now my problem with option E is its just stating the obvious (what Ann said) that all campers at Camp Winnehatchee are students of TCH.But maybe im getting confused by the words "Only campers" in the option E, not sure.

Why I think it should be option D? because E is stating the obvious and according to the data provided there are only 2 lakes.

(C) some Tri-Cities High School students have  withdrawn  from Camp Lakemont - WRONG. Withdrawn is irrelevant.

(D)  all  Tri-Cities High School students have  withdrawn  from Camp Lakemont - WRONG. Bit extreme and also similar to C to say withdrawn.

(E)  only  campers at Camp Winnehatchee are students at Tri-Cities High School - CORRECT. If it's not true then contradicting Ann makes little sense as Bill reverses the situation. If Bill didn't think this way he would not have countered Ann.
