Hi
arhumsidVERY interesting question. Based on what I see listed on your profile, you already have a few of the schools I'd recommend...LBS, NUS. Maybe INSEAD? BUT...you said your plans are entrepreneurial in nature...entrepreneurship is a bit different than wanting to go into consulting or banking. (Consulting in particular might give you more flexibility on location. They have projects everywhere.)
In some ways, entrepreneurship gives you more options but in other ways, it also can make things a bit more challenging. Top b-schools will want to know that you have made some progress on this goal already and/or that you have had other successes in the past with entrepreneurship. Every school will have entrepreneurship classes but definitely take a look at this. The other thing I would suggest is looking at employment reports for each school and their job placement by region.
Hope that helps!

Hi Krista, Thanks for your response!
That consulting open up more options than entrepreneurship is a good point. So, in my case as far as college selection is concerned, i am keeping the criteria 'entrepreneurship training' lower than the 'location post MBA'. The plan is to get the basic training (especially in marketing, market research, entrepreneurship will be a value add etc) during the program and then getting into and working in the market to gain the final exposure and learning. To be specific, i am interested in learning about the lending markets in the middle east.
So, though entrepreneurship training will be important, getting into the target geography, i believe would be more helpful. (Does this make sense?)
Names you mentioned (LBS, INSEAD, NUS etc) were helpful. Any more names from the UK that you would recommend?
Btw, does the Middle-east region not have any b-school that could be worth to consider?
Thanks again!
