I think this is the last day for interviews, and only for interviews on-campus. All virtual and alumni ones are done based on the interview invite update.

Mods, for the LOR, does the recommender mandatorily have to attach an actual letter with company letterhead in addition to filling up the form? Or is that just optional?

For booth, not required to attach the actual letterhead.

MUCH MUCH more important is that the content of the letter gives compelling examples that are consistent with your application
