A waitlist is not that bad. Take this as an opportunity to impress the adcom, since they already like your profile. Find out what might have caused a waitlist and work on that. All the best.

I applied R3 and was interviewed quickly in the process, but haven't heard anything since. Today is the deadline for them to notify me, but now that it's after 5pm EST, I'm not so sure I'll hear any update to my status. I checked online, incase the email didn't come, but nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Should I call the admissions office?
