Behavioral Interview is very common in NA. There are ample ( and sufficient ) materials at the web ( my personal view).

Do they read the essays and the recommendation before sending the invites. I submitted on 5th and got the invitation on 6th. Could you please confirm once..?

So your implying they do not read the essays or recommendations before sending the interview invites correct...?

I have also seen that you have been denied. Sorry about that!. Could you please give us a few tips about how to be successful in the process with TEPPER. What have you learned etc, etc..?

I understand your concerns ... I was in the same conundrum last year.
But they do evaluate all the components of the application.

I have a different opinion ... we have some peers ( from avg represented groups ) with way low GMAT score than avg.

Phew!, Thankyou u1983,

I was worried that I had uploaded something other than my Tepper essay in the portal. They not having a preview essay feature in the preview application as some other colleges have has made it difficult to figure.

Guys, I got one of the last slots for interview, but it's very late in the night for me.
Would you advice me to ask Adcoms to reschedule my interview or should I just go with it. My worry is that if I ask them to reschedule, it would hurt my candidacy as Adcoms might perceive me as insincere.

I don't think requesting the adcom would be needed. Wait till the new slots open up. Cancel the old slot and book a new one.

What time is it..? I do not think they would think that deep. There is a reschedule option for a reason. If you feel really bad, you can cook a reason(even late in the night is perfectly ok reason to reschedule I believe) up and just apologise to them just when the interview starts. I think this is not a big deal to worry too much.
