I was recently interviewed by Associate Director - Emily and at the end of the interview she mentioned that Tepper is in the early stages of interview process wrt R2 and it’s going to be a long wait for me. I guess this is an indication that majority of the interviews are still not yet rolled out. So I’d still keep my hopes high as an Indian applicant. Having said that, I noticed that two of my colleagues who also applied in R1 were denied without an interview and they both have a common characteristic of 710 gmat.

Hi peoples, All the best for the interviews everybody. For the people who did not get an interview there is no need to fret over I think. I am seeing a lot of Tepper MBA2’s still searching for a job. So it is probably not as good as what people are thinking it to be. So a question to everybody concerned. Are anybody not from Tech/Operations applying..? Hi Everyone A bit late to the forum but just wanted to let you guys know that i was part of the first wave in round 2. Submitted late on 5th Jan, got the invite to interview about a day after. Just finished my online interview as well. Interviews all seem to be blind interviews but do prepare for full application interviews as well. Seemed mostly behavioral as some of you have already mentioned on the thread. The previous years threads have the questions that were asked. There were a couple of questions asked about the interview slot being late in the night,etc. Mine was quite late as it was one of the last online slots that were available. But the adcom members do realise that and are very helpful if you do want to change. I personally didnt since i am a night person, but the adcom member was apologetic about the lateness of the interview. Also do prepare for your interviews especially the last few minutes wherein they expect you to ask questions. The better you answer their questions the longer you will have to question them. Ending an interview with anything over a couple of minutes to spare is put simply a waste of time that could be spent interesting the adcom about brand YOU. I had my interview with Mr John Ivy, and I must say irrespective of the outcome, it was an enjoyable experience. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature and focused beyond the generic ones that would require brief outline about myself. It would be great to know your work in and out, and have the ability to explain it to a layman. Also, the interview lasted about 30 mins.
