The requirement to attend OP every year is a bit constraining for me, so was wondering if membership is worth it.

I don't know why you wouldn't want to go to OP. Its a prime opportunity to network and get in front corporations way before anyone else does. You'll have a huge advantage and a unique opportunity to connect with perspective MBAs from around the country.

For this year, it's great. But we have to attend every year after that as well, correct?

Did anyone else constantly check Haas' app status and then give up and move on with your life? Maybe they'll give an update before the end of the year!

Haha I bookmarked the log in page for Haas... I've been checking constantly waiting to hear back about an interview as well! I received an email from Haas saying my application was ready for review on Jan 30th so might take more than a couple of days to hear back for me.. Hopefully next week. Good luck! Please let me know if you hear anything.

Has anyone applied to Consortium after being referred by a member school that you have already been accepted to? After being referred by a member school I was already accepted to I had to submit an application and essay, but they didn't ask for a letter of recommendation. Is this normal?

They didn’t ask for letter of recommendations because your school referred you; your school already has your professional recommendations and if they, as a member school, are referring you, you don’t need the mission recommender.
