Hello, my application is under review and I received an email asking if I have plans to retake or I would like for them to proceed with my application as is.

Will they wait until I retake the TOEFL to resume the application process? Any advice?

My TOEFL score was 102 (R:29, L:25, S:21, W:27)

I don't think so.. coz all my interviewed- application also has submitted status, so I don't think so, that counts.

I noticed on Clear Admit that one R2 applicant has already been accepted. anyone know if this is normal? I assumed that cornell would make acceptance decisions/announcements in late march, if accepted can we expect to hear back sooner?

They are releasing decisions for LEAD event attendees for R2 this week

They accept 80% of the candidates they interview. That’s why it takes so long. They do a thorough review and select only the best.
