My application says incomplete but I submitted the information a few days ago and got an automated email acknowledging submission, any ideas on what to do?

It can take time to reflect on the app portal because the admissions team verifies your submission before updating the status. I would say wait for a couple of days and then shoot a mail if nothing changes

I received an interview invitation yesterday on 2/9 for R2 application. I really want to do an on-campus interview to get a better feel for the program. Does the timing of the interview make a difference on the chances of being accepted? I can interview online ASAP but won't be able to interview on-campus for 2-3 weeks. I don't want to hurt my chances by waiting to interview in person.

It’s best to parallelly reach out to adcom with such questions - instead of to a group which will speculate and make you more nervous with possible misinformation.
