For anyone who did not receive an invite but says the decision is not final and may be invited on another day, is this considered being waitlisted? Did they also send out any denials? Posted from my mobile device

I would assume it’s fairly close to a 50/50

I got the email from them but I already interviewed with them during open interview season. I don't know whether to treat this as as good sign? However the email says that I would get my final decision by October 28, which I assume is a typo, because I applied to Round 2.
