EDMlover I would say yes & may-be. "Yes" because they may still recruit you and "may-be" because if your decision depends on financial aid then the amount or chances may not be as high as R1 or R2.
Given that Emory is visiting India in Jan to take interviews, indicates that R2 is their biggest round and given the small class size I would suggest you send a mail to the admissions team and ask. They would be the best people to respond.

Yes, Emory is good for tech consulting. In my interactions with current students, I have come to understand that there are lots of options in tech/enterprise consulting.
