Yes I submitted my application 22nd july,,,,,,and rcvd a complete status on application.
Waiting,waiting...bt working on other application......GMAT score is a big road block.........

I think the most important part for a guy like you is to justify your professional and personal reasons for an MBA at this stage and how will it be a shift from your current career progression. I know a guy who had 10 years of work ex and then made it to isb. His interview was revolving around two aspects
1: need for an mba at this juncture of life
2: since you already have team lead in your profile, i think explaining them your leadership traits would be easier. How do you differentiate yourself as a leader. For a person with 8 - 10 years experience it is expected to have spent sometime in a leadership role.

and R2 has only 33 ?
.. I was targeting ISB.. I know its a very low score.. too low to even talk about it.. n for 640 my work ex of 38 months as on today.. is low..but Mr. kannan has said it so many times about gmat score being just one thing... now my heart says MAYBE.. :D... to friends having experiences of ISB shortlisting patterns plz help. I wanna ask if i should still even try for 1st round..My profile is as under:
