2. Within a few days (10 days after application for me) I received a ’Application Complete’ email. Application Completion Status on the portal went from ’Submitted’ to ’Completed’

My evaluator hasn’t been able to submit the answers yet. Will the application be rejected if he submits the answers tomorrow?
I read that there is a buffer period of 5 days. So do I have to send them a mail stating that my evaluator might submit the recommendations a day late
